How to cancel, when you can get your money back and how to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal if you are a consumer.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription (billing portal). Cancelling prevents future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Periods already started are not refunded, except as stated in sections 2, 3, 6 and 8 or where the law requires.
On the first payment of a new subscription you have 10 calendar days to ask for a full refund, without giving a reason, whether you are a consumer or a business. It applies once per user and does not cover renewals. Email support@katanith.com from your account email; we refund to the original payment method within 14 days at most.
If you buy as a consumer you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law). If you ask within the first 10 days, the guarantee in section 2 applies (full refund). Between day 11 and day 14 the statutory withdrawal described below applies.
When you purchase we ask you to expressly request that the service starts immediately and to acknowledge that:
If we charged you by mistake, twice, or after you cancelled in time, write to us and we will review it and, where appropriate, refund the amount.
Automatic renewals do not create a new 10-day guarantee or a new withdrawal right, but you can cancel before the renewal date. We recommend doing so at least 24 hours ahead.
If you purchased mainly for a feature that is not yet available, you may ask for a refund of the current period within 15 days of payment.
Discounts apply only to the period in which they are used. If you buy as a business or professional (not a consumer), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, without prejudice to sections 1, 2, 6 and 8.
