Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what Katanith is

Katanith is an online trading journal and analytics service provided by ⚠ [PENDIENTE DE COMPLETAR] (Tax ID ⚠ [PENDIENTE DE COMPLETAR], address: ⚠ [PENDIENTE DE COMPLETAR]). See the Legal Notice. Katanith is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not hold funds and is not a financial adviser.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By registering you confirm this and that the information you provide is true.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens in your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• An account is personal. Do not share or resell it.

4. Plans, prices and taxes

We offer a free plan and paid plans (Advanced, Premium and Limitless) billed monthly or yearly. Features and prices are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may change prices or features going forward; price changes will be notified at least 30 days ahead and apply from your next renewal. If you disagree, you may cancel first.

5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Settings → Subscription / Plans). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and you keep access until then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it keeps failing, move your account to the free plan.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, every new subscription carries a 10-day money-back guarantee for any user. Both are set out in our Refunds & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. “Coming soon” features

Some features (for example Copy Trading, Backtesting or Risk Management) may be labelled “Coming soon”. Until launched they are not available and are not part of the service you purchase; their date and final scope may change. If you buy a plan mainly for a feature that does not yet exist, you may ask for a refund within 15 days of payment under the Refunds Policy.

8. Your content and data

• The data, notes and screenshots you record are yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display them to you to provide the service.
• You warrant that you have the right to upload that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the law.
• You can export and delete your data at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or to post illegal, defamatory or rights-infringing content;
• try to access other users' accounts or data, bypass limits or security measures, or overload or disrupt the service;
• reverse engineer, copy, scrape or resell the service;
• upload files that are not valid images or that contain malware;
• impersonate others or deceive third parties.

10. Intellectual property

The software, design, brand and texts of Katanith belong to its owner or licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you no rights other than to use the service in accordance with them.

11. Third-party services and data

Katanith relies on third parties (hosting, database, payments, email). The economic calendar and other market data come from external sources and are shown for information only: they may be delayed or contain errors and you should not base investment decisions solely on them.

12. Not financial advice

Nothing in Katanith is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to trade any financial instrument. Metrics depend on the data you enter. Read the Risk Disclosure. Your trading decisions and their results are yours alone.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and improve, change or withdraw features. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

14. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law, giving notice where possible. On termination, content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Liability

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and without limiting mandatory consumer rights, Katanith is not liable for investment losses, loss of profit or indirect damages arising from use of the service, errors in the data you enter or in third-party data, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.

16. Changes to these terms

We may amend them for legal, technical or service reasons. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days ahead and, when you next sign in, you will be asked to accept the new version (2026-09-29). If you do not accept, you may cancel and close your account.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence apply and you keep the mandatory consumer rights of your EU country of residence. Otherwise the parties submit to the courts of the owner's place of business.
